Hi, I think it became apparent to JMAR that they were NOT going to be able to call the upcoming warrants and get the 10 million $ that they were counting on. For whatever reason this piece of the puzzle did not fall into place for them. This left them no choice but to go into the private placement arena. At least the door was open for them at this time, when the stock is nearer the highs than the lows of the past couple of years. I hate to see my shares diluted again. But I would hate more to see the new product lines put off for yet another year because the company doesnt have the financing to ramp up production. This deal will raise much needed 10 1/2 million $ cash and will alleviate fears as to why the stock has been coming down lately. Obviously those who knew were selling. Now, that the deal is public I think probably that most of it is already priced into the current share price, and probably the news of cash infusion will outweigh the dilutive effects going forward.

We can only hope at this point that JMAR brings at least one new product to market next couple of quarters to justify this private placement. On another note, I think that there is alot of arb going on around the warrant expiration coming up and I dont think those warrants will be worth a dime. The stock will not be able to get above 5 $ until after the warrants expire worthless......just my opinion. If you are in warrants now, you better sell 'em or trade stock around 'em, but wise up........the big payoff is definitely not going to happen before the end of January.....best of luck,.....;^)

P.S. I was led to believe that we will see some press from Jmar in the next couple of weeks pertaining to new orders.....keep the faith, not the warrants...;^)

Bilberry,

Certainly some bank somewhere would be willing to loan JMAR 10 million to produce a sucessful product?? NO??? Sickening also how this private placement wasn't made public and all shareholders given an equalmopportunity to participate... SPEEDY===============================================================
