it has never been clear to me why people fly w/ united does the service still suck, attitude as bad as always, washroom stinky as before, planes old, prices high, and ... or have they reformed? i have not flown united in eons when used to travel often to domain usa unless flying from one usa city to another and scheduling dictate united have not found it necessary to fly to domain usa for the past 3+ years for biz, and have avoided domain usa for holidays altogether
