Have they ever explained to anyone during their conversations how they as "current management" are unaware of and unable to locate...? This has been discussed before - Peter Hargitay, former CEO, left and took all the records with him. As of the last 10-K, Gary Morgan, Roland Breton and Joel Marcus were the directors. Do want to see this item in the upcoming financials.

They therefore have had fiduciary responsibility to the company regarding all transactions prior to their becoming officers during their tenure.< Do you know how long Morgan and Breton were directors of the company, prior to assuming their current postitions ? I am asking that as it seems the SEC filings were delayed due to their "inability" to obtain certain records pertaining to some of the acquistions, however in the Equities article they appear to take credit for having made the acquistions. olympusventures.com
