I see. I guess you must have read the contracts in question, or maybe you're the presiding judge in the case. Otherwise, I don't see how you can be so certain of that.

Personally, I'd be more willing to bet that Apple's lawyers have read the contracts, and understand their contents.

But I guess we'll have to wait and see how this shakes out. I'm sure it will just a big a cataclysm for Apple as the last dozen that have been trumpeted here.

I know eventually Apple will actually start tanking, instead of just trading sideways, when their sales stop growing and their profit margins shrink. I'm sure that will happen very soon, as people have been predicting it would for years and years.
