Read the document already. Its a joke. First sale doctrine doesn't forgive failure to license technology to third party developers making money using it. The license was only for the Apple's own use. You really think the JPEG license works this way? Nope. Those licenses explicitly cover the OS's users. Only a fanboy could think this letter from the lawyers means or does anything. Develop for Apple iPhone at your own risk. Apple should step up and indemnify their developers, just as EFF asked. It was their mistake to require developers to use an API without licensing the technology for those developers.
