That's standard operating procedure in the US criminal justice system. Both sides spill info and float theories, and the press laps it up. DSK's defenders had publicly questioning why room service had cleared the room for the maid to enter, so the prosecutors had to put out an explanation. Now I wonder how he can explain that bloody gouge on his back? Maid claims she pushed him into an armoire while fighting him off, so how does he reconcile that with his claim of consensual sex? He sure seems to have his d*ck caught in a wringer... ;)

Tj, even if she had sex it is still a set up. How many times in your travels which I presume are many a maid entered EXACTLY when you got out of the shower? May be the handlers promised her $$$$ + citizenship - NYC is filled with scum. BTW the issue of the sperm? Well the guy had sex with some one else who left and after that he got into the shower after having sex, as any other civilized person will do. Aside may be he was masturbating it is still legal I hope, or may be in NYC even this is a crime Who takes showers around noon as a first thing in the mornning? 30 minute in the room and no screams of being forcefully attacked by a stranger WOAW - does she has some voice problems? What about hotel security who knew that DSK was in the room and why the maid entered and did not come instantly out? - may be she is in trouble? where they slipping in mid day? not doing their duty?
