I suggest that we make this thread more efficient by eliminating excessive socializing, off-topic comments and trivia in general. The Clubhouse should be used for all the above. There's too much useless noise that makes it difficult too find comments of substance.
So with that, I offer some hopefully useful input. I talked to LGND today and found out that the delay in closing the ALRI deal is caused by SEC backup and nothing more. This is costing LGND money because the average 20 day stock price will be calculated based on counting back from the closing date. It is clearly beneficial to ALRI holders because they will get more stock. This explains why the stock has been under pressure because it's in the interest of investment house holders of ALRI to keep LGND's price down Also with the ALRI deal not buttoned up, the LLY deal is in limbo and may cause uncertainty and delays in institutional buying. I think this is a buying opportunity IMHO. I have some more info which I'll post later if you haven't kicked me off this thread.
