Glad to hear you're OK.

Your experience at the tire shop sounds like you might have gone to a Les Schwab tire store. My son got his start in one of them, and it taught him such a good work ethic that he continues to get awards as an independent contractor for the company he now represents, also in the tire field (Hunter Engineering--they make the equipment that tire shops use.)

The guys at Les Schwab shops RUN between tasks, you can get your tires rotated for free, and eat free popcorn while you wait. It brings out a very loyal customer base.

What a great post Naomi! Sounds like life is crazy normal in your part of the world. Lot's of people and critters reminding us they exist and have made up their minds as to who they are and how they are. They all sound like accommodating personalities and that's all we can ask.

Loved your post Naomi!!
Your trip back from your nice weekend sounded like it could really have caused problems for you both, but it was great to find such a wonderful group to fix the problem for you! You are so right to send a thank you note to his company...it is always good to comment when good deeds are done....

Libby must make you laugh, and want to stand him in the corner at the same time <ggg>....He gives a whole new meaning to "independent cat" Are Lovey Dovey and Pitty Poo getting along with him better? Wouldn't you just love to hear their conversation they must have about Libby behind his back? <ggg>

I'm so glad you didn't have harm from the tornados....those things must be totally frightful!

We've been pretty quiet lately....Hubby is still recovering from his knee surgery, although he's done wonderfully well since the 2nd surgery 5 weeks ago. Has gone back to work as of Monday, and is doing PT....

I've got lots to do to catch up with the last several months with both of us out of commission as far as doing things around here..a "target rich environment" one might say! The foot issues make it hard to do very much at the same time, but at least I can, which is a good thing.

Love and Hugs to you too! Karen
