Ron, this press release was supposed to have SOLVED
IPMC's credibility problem. Instead it made it worse! I
didn't buy this stock hoping their lawsuit would be succesful,
I bought it because they said they had a Fire Assay in
FEB97 that worked and pulled .25 ounces ton gold out.
A lot of people didn't beleive them and guess what-THEY
STILL DON'T.
This failure (thats what it is) is comparable to their June 96
failure of their refining plant , with the resulting decline in
stock price to about a BUCK. Wouldn't be suprised,
in the current environment, if this price was approached
again.
