Tim, in almost every one of your posts, you throw out fringe stuff with no more support than your word, and basically pretend that it is common knowledge.

And in this case, you take the definition of a word as it is commonly used, and pretend that it is the way it is used in the legal world. It is pretty close, but there is the caveat that it has to have a material impact on the case in question. The judge in that case decided it didn't. Period. End of story.
