David, are you accepting on behalf of FIBR or yourself? Their case with Barron's is still open and being litigated as far as I know. They have another 400 or so cases pending against individuals as per my litigation. Seems like they are better off running a company and silencing people with earnings and profits than wasting time fighting small brush fires than can never be put out.Seems to me free speech and both proponents and opponents are what make a market, this is only an opinion.
Please don't ask me any other questions,as I am not going to talk to anyone associated with FIBR,unless its through my lawyers.
Hiram
Disclaimer to following is only my opinion as a small investor, nothing here is other than fun,and fun is what we seek. But it seems paranoia runs deep, and everything is a conspiracy ala Oliver Stone.Nothing I have ever written should be taken as fact,as nothing on SI should be taken as fact.
