Hiram, who is suing you? FIBR or did Barron's drag you in as a codefendent?
If so, it might be a case similar to one covered in "60 minutes" recently about some waste management dispute. It is hard to beleve that Osicom is going after 400 "little people" itself.

Hiram, I just realized you are under legal assault by Osicom for your postings. Pretty amazing the times we live in. I can only hope that those posters that hype up stocks with little or no information (see the Innovacom [MPEG] thread) receive the same treatment, but I guess there is no real financial gain there :)

Wondering if there is something in the mail for me too!
<tremble tremble ... NOT!!>

<<are you accepting on behalf of FIBR or yourself?>>

Hiram- I am accepting on behalf of myself only. Your previous post was addressed to me. I accepted your apology because I thought your post was mainly directed towards me (you did address it to me), as I was the one who tried to correct you in the first place when you originally posted them months ago.

As far as Osicom having "400 or so cases pending against individuals"... I highly doubt that is true. There were only 3 as far as I knew, including yours.

Is it free speech to yell FIRE in a crowed theatre? would it be OK to call you a wife beater or child m________? I think not and proper training and or manners says it is not. If you can't help someone why would you try to hurt them? NOT NICE!
