Ron

<<This basin is a placer deposit and the consensus has always been that it was
homogeneous>> That was one of my questions, too. Previously, there was alot of talk about the entire basin being homogeneous. Are you now saying that it is not? If it is homogeneous, then the two COC samples should be representative. Another question about the sample size. I agreee that the sample size is small, but statistics would still conclude that it is more likely that at least one of the samples is representataive of the ave amount of Au present than not. I don't see how a respected company like Bateman or BD could take two samples from the site that were entirely unreprentative of the site as a whole?

Ron, when we are talking about paying Auric millions of dollars, is this for there method? Or is it for them to sign off at these numbers? Am I correct in assuming that Auric came up with a method for getting the big numbers and IPM was not willing to pay the long dollar for there info. Can we assume that Batemen could come up with a fire assay to match there numbers but are more interested in the technique (NEW) that IPM is developing. And will In My Humble Opinion be using when it comes time for Recovery

I think Im seeing a bigger picture (Political) here unfolding.

Your Friend,

Don Watson

Ron, There was word earlier of an afternoon Q&A session on the IPM web site. Nothing as of 5:30--have you heard anything?

Still amazed by the 5.75% interest rate you say the PP will carry. The PR BTW says 'they are finalizing a PP...for up to $10M'--have you by now definite word that it is a done deal or the final amount?

TIA, Bob
