But training can make a huge difference in supply. And, on a per capita basis, we don't hurt for doctors. The distribution is lousy, but not the numbers. "And many others are not" Like? I guess the thing that confused me was your accusation that I was doing it. The only potential logical fallacy I could see what I didn't source some of my assertions. Which is something you rarely do unless it is something like the Cato Institute, which is a biased source. See Tim, here is your problem. It isn't a fallacy to rely on an expert who is actually an expert in the matter at hand. It is only a fallacy to try to use an expert as your touchstone in an area where they aren't. You see this in medicine a lot. Doctors are considered to be experts in everything, despite the fact they often have less expertise than others in a given area. So you claim I was engaging in an intellectually dishonest argument was, well, intellectually dishonest. I hope you know that.
