I can say any pic like that would not be me since I know I've never been photo'd pantsless. Apparently Weiner has. And he basically said so:

“I didn’t send that picture out,” Weiner said in a Wednesday afternoon interview with NBC News.

“That’s not a picture of you?” reporter Luke Russert asked.

Weiner responded: “You know, I can’t say with certitude.”

Not really. There is a security hole in yfrog. Granted, that might not have been how it happened, but it certainly could have and apparently was pretty easy to do. Even Shorty could have done it, and that says a lot.

It is sort of suspicious that apparently the only person to have seen it sent it to Breitbart who was able to get it online almost immediately before anyone else noticed it. It is almost like the two of them knew what was about to happen...
