Well Brumar, we now know why Ted believes that investigating Weiner's claims would be a waste of resources:

Because a Democrat said so, it's not worth it.

Even the AP writer says that Weiner's answers to some of the questions were "perplexing."

I think he really did take a picture of his crotch and uploaded to yFrog. Maybe he didn't mean to send it to that college student, but clearly he meant to send it to someone, and probably not his wife or his doctor.

Maybe it's a joke, but then Weiner would be admitting that it is instead of giving "perplexing" answers. Either way, this guy is creepy.
