I am sticking with True Image, created and restored MANY images with it, will nail this bug down.

The grass is not always greener on the other side. Besides, True Image has a vast data base, another program will not come close to all the issues and solutions.

And if you go to another program and you never restore images, you will never know if it will work when disaster hits.

I will figure out True Image and see if indeed what is causing the problem. I am now working with the latest ISO for my boot CD, I will see if that makes a difference on restores. Back up images are perfectly normal, it's the restore that is causing a bug.

The problem is not a serious one, it's low risk.

Here's my recommendation. I've been using this program for sometime. It's a great imaging and backup program with many features that are related to imaging and backing up.

I was using Acronis TI and finally got tired of all the problems. I deleted Acronics from my computer and installed Easeus 2.5. Also, there a full manual on the website. It's a PDF user manual. I'm using Easeus on my XP and Win7 x64 computers.

I'll help you setup the program. We can do this through PM. Here's the link:

Try Easeus Imaging program. Download the Home Addition Ver. 2.5, it free. I'm using it and it's great. I gave up on Acronis and deleted it from my computer.

Here's the link: easeus.com

Download the PDF Manual, it's very good.
