So, no matter how you named it, Intel has sold 162M bits of paper and put 12 billion dollars in his pocket, right? This is more than a half-year revenue. This money 230 times exceed the 51M they missed to satisfy Street expectation in 3Q. The question remains in effect: how these money are accounted in books and what these money are for. Sounds like some semi-legal stock affair to me. What do you say, Paul? Ask your peers at Intel, maybe they will come up with other round formulation, better than "shares issuable from assumed exercise of options and warrants "
