Jim, I think that 15% increase in revenues is small potatoes, when you consider that:

1. Qualcomm has a lock on royalties from most wireless devices, giving it a revenue advantage over many other manufacturers of wireless devices.

2. Qualcomm is the largest fabless chip producer and sells more chips for wireless devices than any other firm.

3. Qualcomm sells the majority of chips for CDMA and CDMA2000 devices.

4. Qualcomm is a leading producer and royalty revenue recipient for LTE.

And yet, I just read today that the new Toshiba tablet will use a Tegra2 processor, not a Snapdragon. Jim, it's the same old same old. Qualcomm is just not capitalizing on its dominant position in the sector. Very, very disappointing.
