yes indeed - Hang Seng and Nikkei up big - if this holds we may have a nice rally in the techs - hoping JMAR will participate

I didn't read the details, but there was an article (I think in the Sunday NY Times) talking about MSFT recently announcing a major restatement of earnings based on accounting for options (they took a big charge in the 3rd quarter -- when virtually all employee stock options are exercised -- that also was a major hit for the 9 mos. YTD). This is the first time that the SEC is supposedly requiring this type of reporting and the article was lauding MSFT for being so forthcoming. I'll be surprised if smaller companies like JMAR are as responsive (I suspect it will take a few quarters before all companies have figured out how to properly report this effect).

Your observation about how ridiculous it is to impute dilution in for way out of the money warrants is right on.
