Maybe whatever it was had passed by then. I assure you it wasn't the tylenol. Most people don't go to the doctors until their ailment is peaking. By that time they are usually surprised that it got better so swiftly.

Be very careful with Acetaminophen(Tylenol). It is the leading cause of liver failure in the UK and second leading cause in the US. It might kill your pain, but it will definitely kill your liver. Google Acetaminophen liver
