I agree with you 100% Franchising is an incredible way to leverage TPRO's expertise while not adding proportionately to risk. With labor rates at +or- 160/hr, there's enough on the table for everyone. With obvious calculable need at every manufacturing site and TPRO's toolset, this should be an incredible addition to the bottom line. I know that I keep going back to management's business plan in my posts, but it's like a V8 engine, if one or two cylinders misfire, it doesn't make any difference. Everything doesn't need to happen perfectly. There are several solutions, whose boundaries overlap and shift back and forth. There have to be thousands of potential franchisees out there, both here and abroad, who will see the profit potential here and sign up. They each bring unique relationships that will result in work for each of them with manufacturers. $$ will flow quickly, so long as TPRO has an understandable franchise agreement and can supply required training. This is just a great idea, and yes, McDonalds is a model to use.
