I know. Who the hell is Aztech. They created this news today to get significant attention but I hope investors put this one aside and focus on all the positive news. The good news is the title only says "complaint" and not "lawsuit". Who knows what the ramifications are in a complaint?

I would content this timing was intentional.

It may dampen the imminent move, but will have little sustaining impact on overall trend.
