As the law stands now, if a prisoner escapes from a State penitentiary anywhere in the U.S., they're subject to being shot on sight... that's the law and it's a good one, after all, these escapees are fugitives and are likely dangerous and possibly armed... therefore, any and all illegals should be treated the same way, I don't care if they're in school or where ever, they should be deported and also warned that if they are seen again in the U.S. that they will be treated as an escaped fugitive and will be shot on sight, no questions asked... I can guarantee after a few examples, there will be no illegals returning to the U.S.... GZ
