The gain is more impressive when you consider that last year, GM sales included tallies from Hummer, Pontiac, Saab and Saturn. GM sold Saab and discontinued the others.

And don't forget the unions made mgmt pay big bonuses to themselves and the unions encouraged the crappy design and quality of GM cars. Some winger said Satan runs the UAW....he may be onto something.
