FTEL

Every once in a while I feel compelled to jump on my soap box and talk about FTEL. I followed the stock when it was trading between 1.50 and 3.50 a share. I have always like the company and feel that it has the same type of potential as RECY (no kidding Jim).

Today, the news was released that the SEC has approved the S1 application for FTEL. This is a very significant event for FTEL since it reactivates them as a reporting company on the NASDAQ. FTEL was a reporting company previously, but became nonreporting when they went into an extensive research and development phase several years ago. They have now come out of the research and development phase, gone through beta site testing, and have several (many) products in the telephony arena that are STATE OF THE ART. They recently unveiled their FNET product at a public showing in New York and received rave reviews.

The S1 acceptance means that FTEL can now be purchased by the institutional investors who have been following the company but were unable to buy the stock because of its BB status. I noted today that the institutions appear to be buying the stock in large blocks if I am reading my Internet Trader correctly.

Chart wise, the stock appears to be forming the MIM portion. I am waiting to see if the BO portion happens, but all indications are that it is getting ready to ZOOM quickly. FTEL ran up to over 10.00 several months ago based on their FNET product which was soon to be unveiled in New York. Because of the beta product testing and the unveiling, the product has already generated several million dollars in sales.

I invite anyone interested to look at the chart, visit the FTEL thread here on SI (very active and very informative) and do their own Due diligence. I see this stock as a good short term trade as well as an excellent intermediate and long term trade.

Its one of two stocks that really excite me about the future potential of the stock price, RECY being the other. Here are some hypelinks for those wishing to look at FTEL further.

for todays trading as of 1:55 pm ->

for the S1 registration information ->

for FTEL's Voice-Over-IP product demonstration ->

for FTEL's home web page ->

for FTEL's other web page ->

for FTEL's SI thread site (alot of great information) ->

While I like this stock a lot, this is not a recommendation to buy the stock. I am bringing this stock to the attention of the 56 thread because I believe it has potential IMO. Before you buy this stock you should do your own due diligence and make your own decision regarding its future potential.

Good luck and good investing to all,

RADAR
