Markas: I'm glad I bot those December 30's on Friday even though they were a little pricey. Up 50% so far.

Truff, good call on Friday. If you had read my posts on Friday re: the Nov 25s having an ask of $4.125, you'd be up 50% too!!! Wish I had more cash . . .

Love this stock!!!

OT: options

I'm surprised to hear that you buy out of the money calls! I pegged
you as a pro. There are several great papers written on option
strategies, all of which show how much better off you are 'investing'
with in the money calls.

Usually out of money call buying is reserved for amateur speculators
who don't have much capital.. so they buy 'cheap calls', and do what
amounts to as 'gambling'.

Also, in the money call buying sets you up for some GREAT spread
stategies as the stock moves up..

Good luck!

Truf, (Options)
Glad your making money. I took my profit and sold my Dec25s today for $6.50. I was in at 3.75 last week. I've only been trading options since 2/97 and have tried to be disciplined in taking profits, especially anything over 50% within a few days. With IOM, EVERY time I decided to hold just a little longer, IOM pulled back, then recovered whereupon I sold at approximately the same price I could have a week or two earlier, but with less time remaining. I know I may miss a big runup, but I do hold shares in my "core" portfolio and never regret "extra" profits left on the table.

All the quote servers I checked show the hi for IOMLE to be 6 1/2, but show last trade as $7. Is this correct? Thanks to anyone with the answer.
