"Unions are organizations, workers are individuals" Unions are oganized workers......obstinate unions and/or management can harm a corporation but management controls the process, if not they shouldn't be managers..... The RW god Reagan fired all the air traffic controllers didn't he???? "Not if they are part of the union contract." They absolutely can if the company is in financial trouble, companies have fired, eliminated perks and benefits, and reduced or eliminated med insurance and pensions. All those actions were approved by the courts....didn't you just see that with the auto companies???? Blaming the workers for company failure is like saying the inmates are running the asylum.... I don't know were you worked or are working, but your missing something..
