Actually I tend to agree on the bossy busy bodies.. Lack of laws is rarely the problem in the west.. typically a question of lack of enforcement of a few crucial ones.. This month they are having a 'blitz' in Ontario to stamp out distracted driving... After the month... it will be back to normal and the police will lament in a while like with impaired driving... how so many folks still do it... ? because they have little chance of getting caught until they kill someone :o( you realise of course Mq that in all this I am not trying to save folks from themselves.. just my kith and kin from the crazy people...
