I don't think you people have any idea what a gem you have here at these levels.......the big sellers have been the Japanese who were looking for liquidity.......
At a p/e of 30 and earnings of $1/sh.......we have a great stock!!!

Betty, if one synchrotron, at $25 mil, can service 18-20 steppers, while $9 mil source (plus stepper) serves only one stepper, synchrotron seems more cost effective. Figure this way: one stepper (a la Nikon or Canon) costs about $5 mil, so JMAR source must cost around $4 mil. To service 18-20 steppers would require $72-to-$80 mil in source cost alone. Am I missing something? Tulvio

IBM will use x-ray (equipment costs already "sunk")for an early pilot application, in order to understand how the devices will work. They have equipment and plans for production of 0.25, 0.18, and 0.15 micron devices, but processes for the last two are not quite in place. X-ray will not likely be any production choice.
