Hello Bryan,

Good luck with your CTYS purchase and welcome to our forum, I'm holding shares as well.

Yes, I believe that IF Cityscape can get their act in gear we could see significant rises in the stock price. Me personally - I'm holding the stock long term now, maybe a year or more...I think only then can we see a price rise anywhere near it's price 2 or 3 months ago.

Most specifically, I think that Cityscape needs to play a better role in keeping invesors informed in it's ongoing situation. I felt somewhat jaded when I saw the earnings report Friday, considering up until the past month or so, most of the information out there about Cityscape was "business as usual". One can only assume things deteriorated substantially in the past month since earnings concerns were not brought up until then.......

Of course my biggest concern with cityscape has actually been what you alluded to earlier in your post...yes, economically the company is in a great position to bring profitability back to the table..however, the same climate has existed for quite some time now and until Friday, we were only seeing downward motion.

I believe that an object (stock) in motion remains in motion..if that object becomes static (uncertainty) then an additional force is required to propel it again (news, etc) ...just what that force will be I can not say...perhaps some institutional buying would help, however, I believe we should have seen higher CTYS prices by now if we were going to see a fast recovery. Only time will tell...

Of course this is the stock market and although we can sometimes make educated guesses.....often it's just a crap shoot ....and investor emotions can indeed defy rationale and common sense all too often.

Good Luck
