I don't claim to be a constitutional authority but I do understand the basics. OTOH, you seem to be unable to grasp even the most fundamental precepts.

Ambiguous and complex issues which represent a legal quagmire to the nation's courts are crystal clear to you...which really shows clearly only one thing and that is that you are a partisan extremist and nothing more...every argument you make is tainted and in the end you are more consistently wrong than anyone else here, mostly because you have no sense of balance or objectivity...and when you lose, or even long before you do, your frequent recourse is insults because you are also intellectually lazy and lacking...

“Regulating how citizens pay for what they already receive (health care), never quite know when they will need, and in the case of severe illnesses or emergencies generally will not be able to afford, has few (if any) parallels in modern life,” he wrote. “Not every intrusive law is an unconstitutionally intrusive law.”

Judge Jeffrey Sutton, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals - nominated by President George W. Bush
