I wonder how many wealthiest actually pay the marginal rate? The rate could be 99% but if no one is paying it what does it matter? Doesn't it matter how much that actually pay?

THAT's the slogan! Let's go back to REAGAN ERA TAXES! How can the (R)'s say that Reagan-era taxes are BAD? He's GOD to them, but couldn't win an (R) primary NOW.
