Oh, there is no doubt this will be a 5-4 one way or the other. I wasn't suggesting otherwise.

And I totally agree about the "unfortunate illness" remark. To think the nation hangs in the balance on the accidental death of four SCOTUS justices.

But the idea that G. Will's simple question left these "constitutional scholars" speechless, which it plainly did, is astonishing to me. Any rational person should have been able to answer that question without a moment's consideration. The Constitution is designed to limit government's power, and a government that can force people to sign up for Weight Watchers has unlimited power, any way you look at it.

Then, we get those like Al who say, "Of course it can't" then go on to support Obamacare, which is inexplicable.
