That's not how I define a cult. Everyone does things differently.

I don't believe it is a system. It seems dangerously close to a way of life enforced via paranoia as noted in the article describing all the overhead cameras, monitoring, etc. Sounds like employees are treated much like dealers at a casino.

I work for myself. My viewpoint is informed by the fact that I am utterly unable to accept corporate methods of doing things. I think the Bwater folks accept these things and are willing to submit to things I would find humiliating because the money is surely good.
