According to my son, the kid was a crackhead when he had last seen him. What is important is that people who are on unemployment are being reinforced not to find employment. It is utterly stupid. Anyone who knows anything about behaviorism knows that it is stupid. Yet, our congress and president continue to fork over more taxpayer dollars.
