So anyone else want to speculate on the partnerships?
The obvious have been mentioned but perhaps it's not
obvious. Maybe a deal to add some juice to the WebTV
(or a competitor's) box? Maybe a deal with a content
provider like AOL? Something out of the PC mainstream
like SGI? Just passing time.

Derrick, as Kiriwuth pointed out this morning, it's not a suit, it's a "complaint". Not sure exactly what that means but it's definitely quite different. Maybe we have some legal expert here who could shed light on it.

Also, Hitch indicated that CREAF's original case against Aztech is not over. So maybe this is just Aztech's way of getting some bargaining room. Maybe they'll settle both together?
