There wasn't a lack of rules and regulations there was a void of enforncement. Now if there were less rules and regulations and they weren't enforced what makes you think any additional rules and regulations will be enforced?
Employers say all the rules and regulations are making them pause from any expansion until they fully understand all the new rules and regulations. Wynn is a Dumasrat,who it appears regrets having supported the muslim indonesian citizen brilliant barry soetoro. Seems his pocketbook comes before his bran dead liberal bias.
