Ed, I think this fund raising should help those impatient investors by getting product out the door faster which will go to the bottom line that much faster. I hate share dilution too. My first reaction was a sinking feeling. Then I heard the rationale behind this decision and I am 100% behind this. To answer Richard's statement, JMAR can launch these technologies without more funding, but what if it takes an extra year or two. With enough funding it can be done concurrently, without compromise.

The fact that JMAR even needs this level of capital infusion is a good sign, that they are flush with opportunities waiting to be exploited. I will be here in the long-term to benefit from this new infusion of funds. I had originally thought that 1998 would be a spectacular year for JMAR. Now I feel that it definitely will be (IMHO).
