Dave and thread please help,

I currently hold two positions in CSMA, one in a brokerage account with certs called, and the other in a rollover IRA. With three phone calls to Fidelity I always get the answer that certs cannot be called for the IRA. If I do accept the certs from the IRA, the position would have to be rolled into the brokerage account, which would create a tax liability and penalty for me. And I hate the IRS almost as much as shorty!

The IRA account is protected from the 'Declared Short Sellers' because the account is non marginable, BUT HOW DO I PROTECT THE POSITION FROM THE UNDECLARED 'SOB' SHORT SELLERS?????

David M. is right, don't sell!!!!!!!!! This is all part of shorty's plan to drive the stock up, with what he has left, to create a momentum wave of selling and chaos!!! Don't fall for the trap.
This is what separates the Men for the boys or Woman from the girls.
(hey Carol, did I do good!)

Hey David S. , shorty should have called that Subsidiary of CSMA called Squeeze Play Inc @ 1-800-SQUEEZE for those diluted shares!

No lie gang, got a fortune cookie today that said>>>>>>

""You are given the chance to take part in an exciting adventure.
Lucky numbers are 5, 14, 19, 23, 25, 40."" Dave I see six waves of buying here!
