I think voting should be limited only to those who pay taxes...

I would prefer a simple IQ test:

1. Do you know the name of the President, or person that you are voting for, or is your form already filled out?

2. How many times have you voted today?

3. Have you been paid for this vote yet?

I think the number of votes should be proportional to the amount of taxes you pay. One vote for every $10,000 one pays in taxes. Kinda like shares.
