Robert,

Not sure where Tele is...but I can tell you that the bankruptcy is proceeding, albeit slowly. They have just received the SEC docs and re in the long process of going through them so they might verify claims on assets.

I have heard the bankruptcy court has petitioned the SEC for the frozen money to be used to pay creditors. I have been told earlier by the SEC this money would go to shareholders, and I have not received return calls on this inquiry to date. But these guys are busy too.

Stay tuned, here, for further developments, but don't hold your breath.

I believe Shannon Terry is still in circulation. It's not over yet, for a lot of these guys.

There is no discernable business activity in the company. Clines and his lawyer have a serious problem because they failed to appear at the Trustee's call twice.I don't know what the Federal Bankruptcy Judge will do about this failure. He could issue a summons which if they ignore puts them in contyempt of a Federal Court and could subject them to a jail fine. Or they might appear and then take the 5th Amendment as the response to every question.

Shanno Terry's motion to quash the SEC's motion for a summary judgement, still has not been ruled on by the D.C. Federal Court. I can't seem to get any answer to my question as to what is holding up his becomming Melchor's cellmate.

I sorry to tell you that IMHO if the Class Action Lawyers win the suit they collect. They have no responsibility to shareholders
