I moved 7 months ago during the winter blues so no. Things really picked up around April I think.... At the moment inventory seems sparse...

It has has dropped nearly 10% in the past week.

"OT" Some segments of the RE market maybe up in Victoria although anecdotally I have a friend who is looking for a home with revenue in the 600 - 700 dollar range, and seems like a fairly plentiful supply. She looked at one: 1930's in Rockland for under 600.00 - the revenue did not make sense to her, the condition was average.
