I don't know what it takes to declare Keynesianism dead once and for all. How long do we have to keep proving it to be a failure before the last Keynesian acknowledges it?

The truth is Keynesianism is ideological on other grounds. It isn't about "what works", it is about making government bigger and more expansive without bound.
