The cuts in the future years are all fake too, like saying troop surge levels from 2014 to 2020 in Afg and Iraq which weren't going to happen anyways are some kind of a cut....or passing 3T in spending and then changing your mind is somehow a cut. The Democrats are scared of the elections. Notice that they don't give a shit about the country it's all about themselves and their greed and selfishness of being reelected rather than making sure the country survives. Sickening.
