Senate Republicans will filibuster the debt limit extension.

Maybe, but if Harry Reid offers to bring the Balanced Budget Amendment to a Senate Vote first they could be persuaded to drop the filibuster. The BBA will fail but in exchange we will get all of the Demoncrats on the record before the 2012 election. And we will get the new Demoncrat from Alaska to have to vote on an issue that he promised to support.
