>>>And, before any Syquest fans start flaming me, I am not short Syquest. I
could really care less about what happens to the company. And, no, I am
not in the least concerned about Syquest's ability to affect Iomega.
That is simply not reality.<<<< Then you are just sort of, let me get this straight, helping Syquest shareholders out ? Being a good scout ? Aw shucks I'm blushing . It is a rare opportunity in life when one gets to meet someone so, whats the word ?? caring....

Gary,

However, please note: it is not the company selling the shares - it is the President of the Company. How do you feel about the fact that leader of this Company is bailing out?

In all fairness, I believe you have this wrong. First, there have been no form-144's filed that I have found. Second, Harper never owned 40+M shares and there is no breakdown in the 8K.

This looks to me to be just a simple offering in which case I would have to agree with Robert Ray. This was pretty much expected, though perhaps not quite so many shares offered so quickly.

Regards,

Gary I think your confusing IOM and SYQT, your guy at IOM recently sold a big chunk of his holdings.
