"in a manner so incosistent with his positions", He is taking information right from the financials and talked to people from the company(some call it DD). If MK could be jailed or charged for what he has "done" here, I'm sure Riley and the Cartel would have already made it so. Didn't they call his employer, BTW? Obviously his principal is not worried about his actions. So unless you can prove these accusations of criminal acts....
