For all we know all of those still in the first decision stage may decline purchase which would pretty well imply they aren't going to place a larger follow-up order. I prefer to think that some of these will indeed turn into larger purchases for a sound interest was there to begin with.

Pick up? They mentioned they had more yet to install and they mentioned a quickly accelerating interest for installations. We have also heard that Telsource had to begin training additional installation personnel which supports the above.

It will be nice for some of Inacom's first efforts to kick in, then again could their first efforts be partially responsible for the additonal installation training?

Anyhow we sit waiting for the first names, numbers and contracts while a very small handful of trades controls the share price. Sentiment is at an all time low and in the temporary absence of news it has the upper hand in controlling the share price. Hopefully this will change very soon, hopefully this week.

Niels, I keep going back to what Data General had told me.
They maintain that "significant" sales have taken place and it's up to RACE to disclose. RACE of course requires that the systems be installed working and accepted by the clients prior to disclosing a "firm" sale.
I maintain that we'll see large sales within this month and certainly before year end.

In regards to returned BT systems:

In the CC Barker stated that Race had done a poor job of pre-qualifying the placement of trial systems and that they were now placing systems only when authorized by someone in the receiving company who was in a position to also authorize purchase.

There was some discussion of companies not being prepared in a business sense to institute telecommuting; not realizing that it means a new way of operating the business.

The resellers are dealing with an established client base. They should have a good idea of which of their customers are most likely to need BT and purchase it. In the case of Inacom, their current customer base had been requesting products like BT and only Data Race had it.

I still believe that most purchased systems will be small but that the add ons over time as BT is rolled out to more employees is what will grow the revenue stream. Of course, a small purchase by a large company might add up to quite a few $.

I also believe that Inacom's success will tell the story, but because they have just begun selling those numbers won't be evident until the 3rd quarter.

And then there is that mysterious business of the AT&T labs certification. Perhaps Telsource knows what the implications of that are.

Hi Niels, In the conference it was said that there were returns for Be There, but they also said they had a adapted better screening proccess for trial users. If there are returns I wouldn't expect it to be near 50%.
