Doug, You might be right......... but there are a lot of the BB stocks that will jump up to NASDAQ small cap or NMS. There are a lot of good BULLETIN BOARD stocks out there. Not all of them are RMIL/OVIS type stocks. NASDAQ is simply going to make it tougher to get on the BB and obviously tighten up the rules to stay or move up. So far the NASD has already started making it tougher. But, in perhaps 5 years, when a company doesn't file their reports on time, then they will be delisted immediately.
